SHORT-RUN BOOKLETS FOR LESS
With the advent of digital printing, producing booklets economically and attractively
is now a reality. Small format booklets (5½" x 8½") or large ones
(8½" x 11") can be printed inexpensively in quantities as little as 50 or 100! And we
can finish your piece with plastic comb binding, wire binding, perfect binding,
saddle stitching or insert them in ring binders complete with printed tabs.
FULL COLOR BOOKLETS AND PAMPHLETS
Got a full color sales brochure or catalog that you need reproduced in a small quantity? Sometimes
you run out of full color material and need to get more in a hurry or simply want some
copies to hold you over until changes are made to the piece and a new master run is printed.
If you have the original electronic files used to create the film or produce the printed
piece, we can help! For much less than the cost of putting the job back on press for a short
run (often as much as a 1000), we can get the job out quicker, for less money and the quality
will rival that of the original published piece. For some brochures, even if you only have a
printed sample, we can often recreate an acceptable color reproduction of the original booklet.

BLACK INK ONLY BOOKLETS, CATALOGS AND PRICE LISTS
Digital copying makes this type of work a breeze. Even when the printed piece includes photographs
of products or detailed drawings of items for sale, your short-run booklet will look outstanding and
be sure to make an impact on your customers and prospects. Digital printing allows you to order in
smaller lots to keep your inventory down or save money on reprints when information changes rapidly.
We can also add a touch of color by duplicating your piece on colored paper stock or by preprinting
your logo or masthead on each page in colored ink.
BOOKLETS WITH COLOR COVERS
Sometimes an all black piece just doesn't convey the image you want, but putting color on every page
in a short run booklet may drive the cost a little too high. Another way to save money is to have us
do a master run of your full or spot color covers and hold them here on the shelf. Then, you can
produce the body of the booklet in quantities that are cost-effective to you. By increasing the
run length of the color covers, you reduce your unit cost and by limiting your reproduction of
finished booklets to only the amount you need, you reduce your inventory and enable your contents
to be easily updated when specifications, technical or product information changes.
SEMINAR BOOKLETS AND BINDERS
Need a training manual, seminar or workshop course book put together? We can produce and assemble
your copies into binders with 3-hole punching, dividers and printed tabs. You can submit hard-copy
or digital originals in both black & white and color—and we can handle the entire project for
you. We can even obtain the binders and tabs with or without printing and ship the whole project
off to your workshop, seminar or convention for you.
